Tartan elevates the chic factor of any outfit (much like my other favorite pattern, the stripe) and these red plaid pants are certainly no exception. This pair of bright red checked slacks are not only super comfy they are extremely adaptable to any occasion. I went with a very casual everyday look by pairing them with a pair of wedge sneakers but with a pair of pumps they would be perfect for the office and I would wear them with a sheer blouse and strappy heels for a night out! clothing is very important to my aesthetic. Are any of you movie buffs or perhaps just enjoy watching the Oscars? I actually really liked how they went last night without a host they moved quickly and I felt like the focus wasn’t just on the actors and directors. I think the behind the scenes talent often don’t get the credit they deserve to their contributions to cinema but last night felt a little different and being the wife of a Set Decorator I particularly appreciated it. I am going to brazenly name drop only because I am so proud but I used to wait tables with Rami Malek in our struggling actor/waiter days. His performance in Bohemian Rhapsody was so incredible and definitely deserving of the Oscar, I love when good things happen to good people! And with that I wish you all a very good day! xo ~Zia
